| Inclined Lint Cleaner is one of the most effective cotton cleaning machine.Six beating cylinders have been placed in steps.As the cylinders carry the cotton fibers.Upward waste material is thrown out the grids below the cylinders it is possible to adjust the cleaning effect by limiting the pass of cotton between the cylinders with adjustable metal screens placed between them.The special shape of beaters avoids damage to the fibers.Underneath each of the six beaters there are grids,adjustable from the outside.By adjusting these grids,the amount of waste material thrown out can be adjusted according to the amount of foregin matter in the cotton being processed .A trash fan can continually remove the waste material that falls out to the botton of the machine is availabel in 1000mm/1400mm/1800mm width |
