Weighing Bale Opener
The weighing system of the B-15 continuous electronic band is used in blending of the diffrent materials in the productions of Non-woven materilas .The control panel can be adjusted to the desired % levels.Each machine has a capacity of 750 kg/h and a weghing sensitivity of%1. The three-blend weghiing system's max Capacity is 2250 kg/h.the material feeding band is 3m long.
The B-10 BALKAN BALE OPENER,besides having a superior opening and mixing performance has also excellent cleaning prperties for cotton with the help of the adjustable grid system underneath each of the two openers.For systhetic fibers there is only one opener which executes the opening process without damaging the fibers.As there is not much need to cleaning with sythetics the grid system has been omitted.The Bale openers which can be manufactured in 1200 and 1600 mm widths have a high capacity the material is placed on to the moving band in front of the Bale Opener.The band feeds the material to the storage chamber of the Bale Opener,which is controlled by a photocell,untill its is full The second band beneath the storage chamber starts moving on request and the spiked band opens the material and moives it to the opening cylinders.The feed rate of the material from the spikedband can be increased or decreased with the use of frequnceycontrolled motor.
Besides having a progressive cleaning effect fro cotton containing a high degree of waste material The B-20 BALKAN Double-Cyclinder machine has also a high degree of opening capabilities at the start of the cleaning process.In B-20 Double-Cyclinder the cleaning is done without holding the fibers while they are floating freely.The cleaning process is done by the interation of themetal rods and the gridsand the moving air Thus cotton is cleaned of its roughage and opened without being damaged.As in all modern cleaning machinery.these is an automatic waste collection system The cotton outflow pipe has been placed higher than the inflow pipe in machine.Thus air current floats the lighter cotton fibers.enabling the opened and cleaned cotton to leave the machine without beingoverbeaten.this avoids loss of goods fiber,napping and knotting.Bigger limps of fiber get knotted or fall between the grids.These are kept in the machine by an adjustable value unitl they are separated into smaller clumps and cleaned of waste materials.The cotton that reaches the holding cleaning point after B-20 Double-Cyclinder is not only well opened but also the same overall size.
Mixing the cotton is necessary fro eliminating diffrences between bales and obtaining a uniform thread quality.The choice of mixer depends on the design of the blending facility the amount of flexibility wanted from the facility,the expected production capacity and finally on the control mechanism of the facility in design requiring hign production capacities and which are to be divided into several combing lines it is necessary to use mixers with high storage capacity.in facilities woth medium to low production capacities and with undivided combing lines working with constant material flow mioxer with likewise low capacity or even small mixers placed one after the other.The chambers of the mixers are filled one after the other.The chambers of the mixers are filled one after the other by material transport motor and equal amount are taken out .Thus an ideal mix is obtained at the start of thread production has a special importance for the processes of thread productios,weaving and even finishing .Even when we dont consider the blend sidparities between bales odf diffrent origins the differences in the maturity,color,length and thickness of fiber cause differences in the strength,smoothness,dye absorbency,and the operation of the facility.
Condenser & Feedei
The B-25 BALKAN Condenser is used to convey the material,and to clean it of dust at the same time,The fan in the condenser sucks the air from both sides of the condenser screen,causing the material to be sucked from the previous machine.The material is cleaned of dust as it passes through the condenser screen,and is moved to the feeding band after being opened.the dusty exhaust air discharged from the fan should be sent to a dust filter.There is reservior above the B-30 BALKAN Feeding Tower.Through a photocell arrangement here cotton level is controlled ans the previous machine is commanded .There is a pair of feeding cyclinder on the basement of the reservior tower.With the help of these cylinder regularly before its speed control There are externally adjustable grids under the needed cylinder and foreign material within the cotton are cleaned with them to certain extent.
The material placed on the freguency controlled feeding band is fed to the full-spiked beatter cylinder that has sharp and angled pins which comb clean the cotton .the grid system underneath the beater cylinder is adjustable from the outside even while the machine is working.In this way the amount of cleaning is regulated.The cotton clusters leaving the beather are conveyed by the B-25 BALKAN Condenser and thus cleaned of dust this machine can also be used for synthetic fiber.The openers of the B-52 Fiber Opener System open the material at the reguired degree without damaging the chemical filament fibers used in non-woven fabric industry and by thrad spinning factories.The lenght of the pins on the cylinder can be 6 to 12mm according to the condition of material to be opened.With an additional electronic system,the potential jamming problem at the feeding and opening cyclinders has benn eliminated if the RPM of the opening cyclinder falls below a certain limit the feeding band automatically stop feeding if the decrease continues the band reverses.

The cylinder of the B-55 BALKAN Fine Opener is wrapped with a saw-tooth wire.The flow of the cotton is achived with a frequency controlled reduction motor.the cotton is fed to the cleaner throughduble cylenders covered with identical saw-tooth wire to avoid fiber damage.This ensure that the fibers are not turn off,but combed.the fibers that go through two blades below the opening vane are driected by the combing segment.Air moves through at a greater speed than the vanes and pulls the fibers out.The fine Opener prepares the cotton for optimal carding ideally opened and separated into the smallest fiber clusters.
