Model HY68 and Model HY68A Comber are new type textile equipments which are designed and developed by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced technology from domestic and abroad. Features

Convenient speed adjustment: The data of nipper rate can be input conveniently by the panel.
High speed and large output: Process speed is up to 350 nips per minute, and output 60kg per hour.
Increasing the web joint length and strengthening intensity, which effectively protect the web from broken edge and hole when the comber is running at a high speed.
Advanced structures of crank and slide block and differential motion lead to light vibration, low noise and consumption. Perfect joint of web, wonderful separating and joint quality and circular comber combing effect can be gotten.

Electric control : for ergonomic consideration, there is a lap carrier which can be pushed from the lap winder to the comber, and then replace the empty bobbin with a full lap by pushing the pneumatic button.

Full can with sliver of designated length is automatically replaced by spare empty can. Two spare empty cans can prolong the interval of replenishment of them.


Input and display are via the panel with a LCD screen. The data , such as nips and output, and the trouble message can be displayed on the screen . For HY68A , the parameters of nipper rate , tension and draft rate can be adjusted directly via the panel, no need to change the changeable gear.
