Application
Model HY51 Lap Winder is suitable for doubling and drafting the sliver given after pre-drawing, which can improve the parallelization of the fiber, decrease the combing power on comber, and increase output and quality of combing. The combination of pre-drawing with lap winding is the most effective in the combing preparation process, and stands for the trend of it.
Structure Features
Creel
Cans are located at both side of the glide path, which is convenient to operate. Higher sliver guide feeding can effectively avoid false draft on the sliver. The direction of the sliver running in the drafting system is in accordance with that on the glide path. The sliver changes direction before entering the draft system.
Draft System
4-over-4 draft system with pneumatic press device are designed for stable and reliable press,structure is simple. 4-over-4 rollers form three draft zones, i.e.back, mid, and main draft zone. In the main draft zone, the draft rate can be adjusted according to web weight.
Calenders
Four sets of calenders are arranged in arc way impacted one by one. During the impaction process, the lap sheets are drafted and impacted time and again, running as "S" shape between calendars. This way is very effective to prevent the lap from sticking.
Lap formation press
During lap build up, radial pressure changes in the light of requirement which leads to moderate and identical tightness inside and outside the lap, and lap formation is good .
Electrical control
The control system consists of PLC and touch
screen, which is convenient to operate. The main
motor adopts inverter motor. Through PLC to control the winding speed, so as to abtain the highest speed and best quality. The whole process, such as pushing slantways, turning over and moving the lap, raising and clamping bobbin, etc. can auto-cycle. Initial working conditions are automatically reset, showing higher automaticity.
