Main Features
High-level electromechanical integration, and simple structure
The conventional machine element such as cone gearing, builder motion, head driven gearbox and reversing gearbox are replaced by 4 separate electrical drives for the rollers, the flyers, the bobbins and the bobbin rails. The motors are controlled asynchronously by a high-accuracy follow control system composed of computer and inverter to drive the roving building. This design can restrain yarn faults effectively at the start and the stop of the machine. The roving bobbin building and optimal roving tension are guaranteed.
Integrated automatic doffer
The HY495 with integrated, automatic doffer allows doffing and storage of full bobbins and empty bobbins within the machine. The doffing, roving fastening and machine re-start operations are all performed with the machine unmanned. This makes it available to connect with the spinning machine. |
