BALKAN Ginning

The  working  Parameters  and   Ginned  cotton  Samples processed  on  Balkans High Technology Ginning Plant will be on display in Texpo Eurasia 2012 during 21st to 24th April 2012 to be held in Istanbul.

Interested parties will have an opportunity to have a first hand information on technological superiority of Balkan Ginning. First plant is successfully installed and commissioned in India recently.

HY31 Drawing Frame
HY31 Drawing Frame is suitable for cotton, chemical fiber and blends in 20-80mm length. The quality of the sliver, such as evenness, straightness and parallelization can be improved after being drafted and dowbled on the machine. HY31 is equipped with stort-term autoleveller, which provens the long term weight from deviation and the short term weight from periodic fluctuation. This allows good drawn sliver quality, Reduced weight unevenness, and improved yarn evenness CV, etc.

      > Autoleveller with open loop controls sliver unevenness of short and mid segments. The machine has tt function of display timely A%, CV% value , and wave.
      > The machine is controlled by PLC. Input and display (including failure report)is via the screen.
