Model FA415A and ASFA411A Roving Frame, which are developed on absorbing the advanced technology from abroad, are high speed suspending roving frames. The high efficiency of the machine has been generally acknowledged by the domestic and the foreign clients.
The electromechanical integration of the machine has reached the high level, and the main motor adopts inverter for speed regulation. The machine adopts programmable controller(PLC). It has the high efficiency as the excellent Roving Frame for low working strength, high quality roving, which with the advanced driving and drafting system, the automatic and half-automatic of winding, building, doffing, breakage and stopping.
Main characteristics

This machine adopts fully-enclosed main gear box with bevel steel gears. The main gear box is lubricated with oil bath and the oil is continuously supplied by oil bump, which ensures the reliability of main driving and the features of low noise, long durability. The drive of arc toothed timing belts are adopted for flyer, winding and lifting device. The bobbin rail is driven by universal coupling, which has the features of compact structure, high-powered transmission, smooth and reliable drive, easy erection and maintenance, etc.
4-roller with double short aprons is adopted. Separating the collection zone(between the first and the second roller) from the main draft zone(between the second and the third roller) can shorten the non-twisting zone, which is in favor of eveness of twist and high quality of rove. The locking system takes arm weighting with back-fixed spring device. According to different kinds of fibres and roving ration, the weighting can be adjusted into 3-part, and wide roving range can be achieved. Locking system with four-bar linkage mechanism is easy to load and dis-load, and lock is reliable.
Cleaning device adopts intermittent style top and bottom cleaner with comb and rotary cleaning band. The blowing device working with the suction device at back of the machine can effectively clean the waste on the top rail beam and the waste scraped off from the bottom cleaner. The waste scraped off from the top cleaner is cleaned away by hand regularly, It can also adopt circuitous blowing & suction device to suck up the waste scraped off from the comb of top cleaner automatically.

Adopt fully-enclosed flyer. The inner channel is a whole piece of stainless steel tube. The channel of roving is completely unrevealed. The channel is so smooth and clean that the breakage of roving and the possibility of the formation of yarn faults can be greatly reduced. This flyer is suitable for high speed and big package. The max winding length can reach 5500 meters, allowing high production efficiency.
Simple semi-automatic doffing is realized with three-fixed device. Three automatic system with cone lifting device, cone belt return position device, and cone tension device can be used to reduce working strength.
The automatic traveling of tapered(cone) belt is realized by building parts, which can change the moving direction and lifting of spindle rail, so as to build the package of double cone.

In order to ensure the building package and roving tension, adopt differetial gear system, in addition the building changeable ratched wheel, the tension changeable gear and the micro-adjust compensation, ect. have been adjusted to form the necessary traveling and modify the traveling, which can reach the traveling distance of tapered (cone) belt. It is also equipped with anti-dropping device ensuring the good package and suitable tension.
Adopt the programmable controller(PLC) with the electrical device to achieve the automatic controlling with software programmability.
The message of processing parameter can be drawn out directly from the PLC. Besides the fixed length control, it can also display spindle speed, speed of front roller, present length and accumulated length. The three fixed system and three automatic system can be operated by PLC or by hand.
The

main motor is driven by inverter to carry out creep start, start and speed adjustment, allowing stable running without mechanical shock. The inverter can be controlled automatically and with the multi-steps to lower the main motor speed, reduce the effect of centrifugal force on the tension of roving, so as to keep the tension at the best state. Moreover it can reduce the roving breakage and improve the roving quality.
